Stay away!!

The place is nice but becoming very rundown, needs a lot of remodeling. The kitchen in the main house is very dirty, and she keeps two old dogs and a cat in there so the house smells like a dirty dog kennel. The bus to Heredia does not take 10 minutes from her house as Debbie will tell you, it takes approx 30 minutes. There is bus that sometimes goes in front of her house or you have to walk around 10 minutes up the hill for another one.
I have read some comments about here after I moved there because if I had read this before I wouldn't have moved here because it was a month of nightmares, some thing that I read here was that she hates 'ticos"or Costa Ricans and it is TRUE she does and constantly talks badly about them !! Another things that she will probably say when you get there is 'Do not ask anybody about her place or her"and you know why? because everybody knows her and they will say horrible things about her, and they will tell you dont go there. During the time there she always says that everybody steals from her. She will offer you the best by phone or email but once you get there she will try change everything,do not sign anything, could be a risk that you will take, also if you go there for work and she will give one of the apartments or maybe the "NICE CHALET"which is not nice at all, we killed two snakes inside, a lot of cockroaches ,spiders and when we stayed there, there was a big animal inside the wood in the roof, it only has a tin roof so when it rains you cant hear yourself think, also you "MUST take care of a nice cat if not she will " kill you" the cat is nice but it will keep you awake all night cause it is very noise. , DO not go inside her house because she will say that you are stealing from her and for her everyone steals.So if you go there just carry your clothes and receipts for anything else. Be careful I advised you to look for another place for renting because if you go there you may need to call the police to leave at the end cause she accuse you of stealing and wont let you go. If you tell her about this place where I am writing she will say that is not true that maybe the website pays people to write this but it is not true all these comments are true and if they are good comments first : maybe she wrote them with other username or some one that really doesnt know much about her. She has 2 apartments and one chalet and her house, 2 cats and 6 dogs her dog only back a little but the neighborhood is full of dogs barking day and night.. Please do not go there if you dont want to have a nightmare in Costa Rica and the last thing is living there you wont have a private life she controls the place like a prison.........if you want more info ...please follow this comment....

Unique Quality: The only good thing that we can say will be the view and the climate.... but then everything is horrible including her....!
