The breakfasts at the hotel were perfect...just what you needed to start the day.
The free internet access was a pleasant surprise.
The pool and jacuzzi area was spacious and afforded shade as well as sun. The hotel restaurant offered great dinners.
The Bat Cave Bar was a great place to end the evening.
The staff is exceptional. They offer you the best service in a casual comfortable environment. I described it to friends like you felt you were at your best friend's house. They were always attentive, but not stuffy or subservient. They felt like old friends and would always ask about the previous day and what you had in store for the day ahead.
I used the hotel staff to coordinate a ziplining tour for me and it was handled very well.
All in all a great place.
