3* hotel. Rooms are nice and have air conditionning. The staff is welcoming and their restaurant serves great local specialities. Its in a safe area of the capital and is right next (2 min. by foot) to a "leisure area" with restaurants, bars, night clubs that is totally secure and police controlled.
As its not right in the center of the city, it is not a noisy place to sleep in. Nice garden area, pool, big rooms, large restaurant, nice staff, not noisy.
