Basic and ok
If you are staying in varadero for just a night or two, Hotel Dos Mares is a good option. The rooms are clean, the hotel is located a few steps away from the beach, bars, restaurants and the crafts markets. They serve an ok breakfast however the music which it's accompanied with, is not really what you want to hear in the early morning (end 90's techno)!
