Barcelona: Friendly house, great food

We found Juan Carlos & Haydee by accident, and are very glad we did. They made us feel at home and took great care of us during our stay. The rooms are clean and well equipped: with private bathrooms, fans and air-con.

If you stay here, take your evening meals at the casa as well. They do tremendous food!

HOTEL MASCOTTE: A room with a busy view

This is a very nice, clean, European style hotel, with high ceilings and with long window-doors onto balconies right on the main square. Try to get a room overlooking the square. It also has a very recommendable restaurant on ground level, with french-doors opening onto the square.
Just across the street from the hotel is an interesting shop of arts and crafts.
Even though we were staying at one of the nearby resorts, we chose to spend a night here to get a feeling of the local flavour. It was a good choice.
