Dive the Bianca C
One of the most spectacular dives in the Caribbean is the dive on the cruise ship Bianca C. She sank in 1961 after a boiler blew up and burned for two days in the port of St. Georges. The salvage operation went wrong - a rope that pulled her out of the port snapped and she sank in high seas. It is a challenging dive - negative entry - straight down to about 40 meters, since she now lays on 52 meters of sand with the upper decks being around 28 meters.
Yet an amazing dive - I did it twice whilst I was in St. Georges!
Note - the dive is only for advanced and very experienced divers!! Scuba gear - which can be rented at every reputable dive shop on the island.
