Finca Ixobel

A nice and relaxing place, with tree houses, bungalows, small casitas or dormitories. Great home made food. Beautiful gardens and even a small natural pond for swiming. Check my Ixobel page for more information.

Finca Ixobel: Great place to relax in beautiful nature

This is one of the best places I have stayed on all my journeys around the world.

I slept in my hammock in a round thatch-roofed hut. That was cheap and it was nice to feel the fresh air at night.

The hotel has many different kind of accommodations. It is possible to put up a tent, sleep in a hammock (even to rent one), sleep in tree-houses, in dormitories and in private rooms.

The kitchen on the farm serve great food all day long, some of the product are produced by the farm.

At the farm you can relax on the verandas, swim in the little pond or just soak up the sun, walk around on the property, where you find beautiful nature and small farmhouses.

The hotel also arranges excursions to the nearby caves and other places.

All in all, it is a great place and it is possible to engage in all sorts of activities.
