Roli's Place: Fine hostel near the beach.
Rooms were fine, with a fan that could do ist job cooling and scaring the mosquitoes. Bedrooms share bathrooms two by two. There's a nice outside area to wash clothes and sit and talk to other travellers. No parties allowed, which is great for the ones who have to get up early and leave to Belize.
Unique Quality: Roli, the owner, lives to the Swiss stereotype: organised, filling the place with recommendation notes and creatinh gadgets for opening and closing the gate to the hostel. There is a lot of information on how to get to Guatmala end Belize, so he's always up-to-date - if my tip here in the Transportation section has expired...

Michelle's Place: Omoa sanctuary
Second story rooms have beach views,clean and hospitable with a great swimming pool,and all for 5$ per person per night.

Pia's Place: Best Place to Stay !!
Pia's Place is the best hostel to stay when in Omoa. It's right at the beach. Accomodation is clean(!) en cheap. If you need something, just ask Pia and she will help you.
We has a great time when we where relaxing in the hammocks having a beer and just enjoying the view.
Unique Quality: clean, cheap, good view, nice people, kitchen, always hot and cold water.
