overnight stay in San Pedro Sula

Hi! I am planning to go thru San pedro Sula to Belize - on July 20th; how do we get to Tamarindo Hostel from the Airport - and what is the best way to get to Belize on the bus from S.P Sula - to Belize?
Nobody seems to know.... HELP!!!! Thanks --- Krystyna

You can take a bus to from SPS to Puerto Cortez (about an hour north). From there, you can take a bus to the border then catch a ride to Puerto Barrios, Guatemala. There is a water taxi from Puerto Barrios to Punta Gorda, Belize which takes an hour. Don't know your budget but I can hook you up with more expensive options if you're interested.
