Coming to a new place!

Every year my church organization goes to a different state to hold our annual convocation. Next year we would very much like it to be held in a different country, Jamaica. I am looking for the names of 6,5 or 4 star hotels that you all would recommend to hold this wonderful meeting?

Maybe you could tell us all what's good about a church-meeting? I do prefer a good restaurant and nightclub with my girlfriend.
