nice scenery of sunset but...
I spent a night at this hotel last year. Staff were unfriendly and never smiled. The food was ok and it took ages for the food to be served. The room is mediocre , perhaps needs a bit of decorating. Otherwise it has a nice seaview.

ALMOST IN THE SEA
It was already dark when we arrived in the hotel. We had travelled almost 24 hours and one would think that we were ready for bed, but instead we had a swim in the Caribbean Sea before we went to bed. We had a really pleasant stay in Footeprints in The Sand. The hotel was practically in the beach so we went for a swim every morning and night. We are not beach persons so we didn't do any sunbathing, though there were excellent opportunities for it.
Unique Quality: Our room was huge with two double beds and a fan in the ceiling without which we would have suffered in that heat. There was a small kitchen, bathroom and a jacuzzi. Staff were friendly and helpful. View from our room was to the gardens and from the backdoor to the sea. We spent very little time in the hotel anyway because we wanted to see as much of Jamaica as possible.
