Hotel by kyoub The Panamonte has been a home away from home for nature lovers since 1914. It is a lovely hotel with very friendly service. They offer Discover Boquete and birdwatchers packages. The dining room is open to the public daily. We did not stay here but we did eat in the dining room.

Not the biggest Hotel but a rather ordinary Hotel. with a pool a restaurant and the regular amenities. it has the right location in a safe area. it is about 20 USD per person or 30 for a double bed room.
the restaurant downstairs is extra ordinary. The food there is very, very good, and the staff is very nice. Try the nice steak and the cold beer taste very good too. Hotel Don Pepe by iwys The Hotel Don Pepe has a good central location and is good value at $25 for a spacious double room. The hotel occupies the second and third floors of an attractive Swiss chalet-style building, with a restaurant and handicrafts store below. The one thing I didn't like was that they kept young Toucans in cages in the back yard and they looked very unhappy. There is a also a Golden Tree Frog in a small fish tank, which didn't look too healthy, so it may be gone when you go there. Miramar Intercontinental (only if you can afford it) Very, very expensive.
It's on the shore of the Bay of Panama, near Tocumen International Airport, also in the heart of the banking district and very close to the main shopping and financial centers and the Atlapa Convention Center. by Fantasmine I reccommend it specially for families, because it is like a big playground. Also for couples, they are so romantic... If what you want is some more action go to Cabañas Quetzales..., in the middle of the rainforest... Theme: OtherAddress: Volcán, ChiriquíOther Contact: http://cabanaskucikas.com/

View of the Bridge of The Americas from the hotel by snoopy9109 It is right next to the Canal and it has a breath taking view. You can also see ships passing the canal from your balcony.

by Fantasmine I stayed for 1 week three years ago. Its owner Angel is a very nice man, I did a scuba diving course and it was great. If your main interest is scuba diving go there you won't regret it. (Mangroove Inn is in the middle of the sea). Otherwise stay at Isla Colon at Las Brisas Botel, it is totally different because there you get to know the people of the town and their way of life. There is a kitchen, a fridge, a tv, free internet access, a nice patio, several books, loundy machines, and more. This place may not be the cheapest place in Panama city, but it sure makes up for it fast! Dorm costs around $8 USD.
Need info? Need to book a trip to Colombia via San Blas? Or perhaps you just want to book a roundtrip sailboat ride to San Blas? If so, head to this hostel. Is the best hostel in Panama City, if not the whole country. Theme: HostelComparison: least expensiveAddress: Panama City, Panama
