If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel in a GREAT location, then choose the Hotel Costa Inn.
It is in walking to everything Panama City.
Although the rooms are small, they are adequate.
Unique Quality: Right across the street there is a spa where you can get massages and facials ($25).
Free shuttle service to/from airport and Allbrook Mall.
They must be reading the reviews because breakfast was WONDERFUL.
Pancakes, eggs, hot dogs, pastries and coffee to die for.
Watch out for construction because I tripped and fell.

Excelente trato, bellas personas las que te atienden en el Hotel. La comida a la carta hecha con un sabor peculiar y exquisito. Gracias a Don Jose que cada dia esta pendiente de sus huespedes recorriendo todos los lugares del Hotel y peocupado porque nada le falte a los usuarios y haciendo de nuestra estancia mas agradable e inolvidable. Feliz 2011 y gracias por su cortesia y amabilidad.
Unique Quality: Excelente limpieza. desayuno incluido ,bien preparado y variado, las habitaciones limpias, la comida a la carta, buen precio, variedad y magnifica preparacion ,Felicidades,la piscina en el ultimo piso ,limpia y acogedora .Ademas un lugar muy seguro desde que entramos parece que estamos en familia.
Nice hotel with excellent service and a helpful staff. There is a travel agency co-located which makes day trips quite easy.

Room with different types of bed. We were 2 so we took a room with one double bed and one single bed. Clean, Air conditionned. TV with lots of channel. Small washroom, Warm water. Pool on roof of the hotel: nice view of the city. Cafeteria. Payable internet service. Travel agency in lobby: very pleasant sraff and helpfull for planning trips. Close to Santa Ana: pedestrian street nearby. $33 us per night. Travel agency: helpfull staff!

Yes, it is a 3 stars hotel, is a standard hotel in Panama.
