In Central America may be it is a 5 star hotel as states inside their lobby... when you're checking in, look up, but seriously it is not our usual 5 star standard, just so you know what you'll be getting.
Food/breakfast was fine for central American hotel standard. Restaurant service was so so though, very typical.
Hotel check in/check out was very slow but staffs spoke good English and tried to be helpful.
Lobby staffs spoke ok English.
Room was fine, no more no less, just a very clean 150 dollar room. Hotel was safe, you'd need your key to access your floor via the elevator. Visible security at the entrance.
Great location in the Cangrejo, good shopping places nearby, a couple blocks away along the street Via Espana, such as Conway, Studio F, and the usual western fast food joints and restaurants.
If you ever need taxi and don't want to pay premium, walk away from the hotel and flag one down on the street.
Again, it's just a 150 dollar hotel with a great location.
Good location, if you need to be within that area most of the time.
