Excellent Location and Value for the Money

The hotel occupies a corner of prime real estate in downtown Panama, across from the
Venito Casino and the El Panama. Call it touristy but I call it fun. I can walk out of the hotel in shorts and explore the area looking more gringo than I normally would. Across the street is Van Gogh's restaurant, the Venito Hotel and the El Panama Hotel. Up the street is a micro-brewery pub, and the 1985 Restaurant.

Unique Quality: The hotel has security and a quaint lobby attached to a restaurant within an open air courtyard. If that's not enough it has a Wine Bar attached to it. There are two elevators; one overlooks the courtyard while you go up and down. A voice tells you where you are.

The rooms are basic but spacious and have a large window that opens to the street. On the second floor are computers with Internet access.

I've heard complaints about the shower window being next to the walkway where people pass by. This is true but a small nuisance considering all the value you get for the money.
