I stayed there over the Christmas and New Year Holidays.
For location you cannot beat the price for a suite hotel as it is located just behind The Ejecutivo Hotel where banks, top class hotels are like The Bristol, Marriott, show restaurant Las Tinajas ( only 100 feet from ).
Ask for a Suite where you get your bedroom ( 9 X 10 feet ), separate shower and toilet, and a living room with a sofa and an extra single bed.
The furniture is rather old but the view from your suite ( ask for location on one of the 3 top floors ) is breathtaking , able to see the city panorama.
Unique Quality: there is a pool at the second floor level , a small room on the ground floor to use the Internet facilities for free ( it is not high speed but it is free ).
I have already mentioned the view above.
You get TV with cable , fan with air conditioning.

The room I rented had good AC, a small fridge, a coffee maker. It was clean and quiet and the front desk was helpfull with most of the people I met spoke some English. They had a computer that allowed me to send out email. The cost was $33.00
There is a restaurant in the hotel but I soon found other better restaurants closeby.
