I suggest to stay a few days and enjoy the tranquillity, and move on if and when you get bored.
Mary Lee herself is very helpful and hospitable once she gets started preferably not before 8 am in the morning. But that's forgiven as she is around 80 - respect this, please when checking out. She does take some credit cards now (feb 2007) if the line is running. Better to bring cash to be on the safe side (or try Copamarina nearby).
Accomodation is VERY spacious and enjoyable, although the electricity installations are hazardous and triggered me to sleep on the terrace.
Nevertheless the grand ol' lady Mary Lee has made a place truly worth a visit which I wouldn't have missed for the world.
A boat trip more or less from our front porch to Gilligan's Island - with mangrove beach coves amazingly BEAUTIFUL - was one of the very special treats this place has to offer. If you're into bird watching it's a Mecca too. And the weather, oh my - when it was raining everywhere else especially in San Juan, it was sunny and warm at Mary Lee's.
