2 night Pre-Cruise visit, looking for Small / Family owned / Beach / out of the city.
Hello,
We've been to PR before and love it. This time we are spending two nights and would like to find a nice cozy, hospitable, family owned inn or resort near a beach in a tropical enviornment. Fancy is not necessary. Local food would be great! If you have any ideas, please leave some information. Thanks.

You can try the Cape Santa Maria in Long Island Bahamas. It's GREAT!!!!
The most beautiful beach in the world,with white powdery sand,beach front bungalows with screened in porches, great bahamian food and lots of fishing and diving if your interested. the website is www.capesantamaria.com I had a wonderful time there!

rincon...about three hours by car from San Juan. Casa Islena or there is a b and b on the beach...can't remember the name.
