Sheraton Old San Juan Resort: Sheraton Old San Juan- Not so hot...
Satisfaction:

I was recently in San Juan, PR for a week. I spent 1/2 the time at the Courtyard Marriott in Isla Verde and 1/2 at the Sheraton Old San Juan. The Courtyard was fine, the Sheraton was not. The rooms had mold on the ceiling and walls, the phones on each floor near the elevator didn't work so you had to go down to the front desk if you needed something and were not in your room, the jacuzzi did not work but there was not anything posted about it so several people were trying to find out how to work it... but the biggest issue I had was the temperature control, or lack thereof. I checked into one room and it was so cold even with the air off that I had to be moved to a room with a working window so that I could open it to warm up. It was 90 degrees outside but inside I was wearing a jacket and socks. Craziness. They didn't have any way to keep the moisture low without having the a/c at full blast. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
