WORST hotel ever

Pools were nice and clean. Rooms are clean, but not anything special. Staff at restaurant is absolutely the WORST around - extremely slow, not accomodating and definitely NOT kid friendly.

The manager of the resort, is rude, arrogant and not willing to accomodate clients either. He was an awful man who insulted my family and it ended up ruining our stay. I would not recomment this place to anyone.

Taxis were expensive to downtown which is only a 3 minute ride; the buses DO NOT run on time by the resort and you could wait up to an hour for one to come by; the "courtesy" bus to the beach from the hotel actually left us stranded (with a 2 year old) at the beach because each driver has a different drop off and pick up location - don't wait at the wrong spot or you won't get picked up.

Unique Quality: View of marina is nice; pools are nice.

DO NOT eat at the restaurant unless you don't want to eat for about 2 hours.
