Old Bahama Bay is the only resort in West End. It was opened 2 years ago, in the hopes of boosting the prosperity of the impovirished town. Old Bahama Bay is 150 acre exclusive resort, marina and residential community. I have spoken to an employee of the resort and she said the resort management is doing many good things for the community of West End such as providing 50 computers to the school in the community recently and boosting employment figures.
