The swimming pools at Our Lucaya give the illusion that you can swim out into the ocean. The effect is enjoyable.

Our Lucaya is an upscale resort. In my opnion the best thing there is the Spas - a combination gym and spa with excellent massage therapists and a nice gym. They had great fitness classes, too - I tried the spinning (bike) class there because I always wanted to do it,but didn't want to embarass my un-fit self in my home gym...it was great, I could keep up, and I now go to my own gym's spinning classes!

  • We stayed at the Clarion South Ocean. It is divided into two parts. The ocean view section is outstanding. The golf course section was under repair and somewhat lesser than the beach section.

Away from the hussle and bussle. A fine place to relax on the beach.

  • I stayed at the Forfar International Field Station located on the East side of Andros Isand. My hut was right on the beach and I could watch the sun rise every morning.

The staff made all of our meals and provided boat rides to our various snorkle expeditions. The staff the made up mostly of Americans was very familiar with the island.
