All good choices...
We chose an upper floor in the Royal Tower (the main tower) feeling like this would be the best view. It was incredible. Although, after exploring the entire resort and seeing the other towers, we realized there really isn't a place without a view of its own.

From their website: Amidst the world's largest marine habitat is Atlantis, the newest and finest resort hotel in the Bahamas. A celebration of the Lost Continent of Atlantis - the property includes lagoons, waterfalls, 11 swimming areas, waterslides and rides, The Discovery Channel Camp for kids, a luxury yacht marina along with a world-class casino and spa, 18 restaurants, 20 lounges and clubs. Atlantis has an unrivaled combination of comfort and adventure.
2,300 rooms (including 216 suites)
Unique Quality: In order to go to their website, you have to have flash player.
According to locals, the hotel was at one time owned by Merv Griffin, and now owned by a Greek tycoon. At dusk, because each turret is highlighted by white lights with a red light on top of each one it looks as if each tower is topped by a sundae with a cherry on top.
I have not stayed at this hotel.

Atlantis Resort
Minimum $475 Night in season, $290 Night non-season. This beautiful facility is quickly becoming legendary as a great escape not too far from the US. The island is just off Nasau, and can be accessed by bridge. The resort is highly secure and those not registered at the hotel are not admitted to the island.
Unique Quality: We stayed in the Royal Towers in a Terrace Room with a Harbour View. The accomodations were great! The pool complex is awesome, there is plenty of room for everyone, and the slides were so much fun. Access to the beautiful beach is very simple. The casino is an added bonus.
