Hotel Mediterrane

I had a room with a great view. The hotel is situated on a hill at the top of the entry road to Saranda... about a 10 minute downhill walk to the city center promenade. The hotel price included a nice breakfast with choice of tea or milk, plus bread, butter, jam, feta cheese and you'd have to tell the waiter how you wanted your eggs cooked.

Brand new construction, clean. Nice size pool on a terrace overlooking the whole bay and the city. Restaurant and cafe/bar on site. Elevator. Wireless internet reception in common areas. Desktop computer in common area 2nd floor.

Room includes bathroom with stand up shower, TV, refrigerator (although mine was not working and management said they could not do anything about it at this time), balcony, slippers. (No hairdryer though). The furniture was good looking also.

Unique Quality: The pool and the great view (at least from my room)

Directions: National road, Sarande... when you enter the city as soon as you pass the gas station.
