Petraqi's house: Best view, fresh air and clean
The house is located at the old village of Dhermi, 10 steps from the national road - very close to the one and only minimarket. The room has 3 beds, a fully equipped kitchen and toilet. Price is 30 Euros/night. There is a nice view to the mountain and the sea, very quiet at night and clean fresh air throughout the day and night. There is air-condition too but given the perfect location close to the mountain, will not be really needed. If you happen to come in August when Petraq and his wife are there you will enjoy even more. They are the most helpful, kind people you will ever meet. Room cleaning will be provided on daily basis at no extra cost.

Hotel Luciano: Hotel Luciano
To reach Hotel Luciano, at the northern entrance into Dhermi, take the road that goes sharply out of the main road, down to the seaside.
On the way down, there are old road signs, ads for a hotel on the beach. I don’t remember the name). We followed the signs and found a large abandoned building where there seemed to be some work done for rehabilitation, but not working as a hotel. That might be the former state hotel. Let us come back half a kilometer up road.
When you will arrive at a short distance from the sea, after a large house, you will find a fork. At this point, nothing that says there are hotels. If you drive to the right, you will reach Hotel Dhërmi. If you drive to the left, you will reach Hotel Luciano (and former state hotel a little further). The entrance is not very welcoming, with a small yard packed with half a dozen cars behind a gate. When we left in the morning, we had a hard time taken our car out, as the driver of a car that hindered the way could not be found! May be it is better to park outside!
This is where we went and had a lobster dinner. The rooms are reasonably comfortable, with a view on the beach. We were lucky to get a room because they seem to be very busy. Tel 069 20 91 431.
Unique Quality: In some guides, a Jolly Hotel is mentionned "close to Hotel Dhërmi", with 11 rooms. My wild guess is that it might be the same that Hotel Luciano, if it has been sold to another owner.

Dorian Hotel: Dorian Hotel
We found that Dorian hotel was very pleasant. The owners were friendly. The father spoke italian with us, the mother and the daughters spoke English. It seems that they spoke half Albanian, half Greek between them but mostly Greek with regular customers.
