Dont bring a ski jacket with an elasticated waistband. Cos when you fall on the slope, the band will ride up and you'll get snow in your navel! Deep Heat! Muscle pain relief after your first day on the slopes.
Suncream. It may have been snowing and it may have been February, but yours truly here got a very sore, sunburned face at the end of the week. (I'm fine now, thanks) I cannot emphasise enough how important it is to get well-fitted ski boots and skiis. It will hinder your progress in class so much, it's not worth rushing the fitting in the ski-hire store. Piero & Barry modelling this seasons ski-wear in Arinsal's main st. :-)
