Stadt Melk, easy to find =)
I stayed for one night. But my time there was great!
Since It was the only hotel I could find in Melk on internet, I contact them by e-mail, they were very friendly and I could reserve by mail, without deposit or credit card number given.
When I arrived the personal was very polite and "helper".
They give me all the information I needed (maps, instructions, tips).
The location is great is just 2 blocks from the Abbey entrance (and this blocks are so beautiful to walk them) and 1 block far from the Danube.
My room was good, It has TV (it does not worked, but I did not have time to watch TV I can do that at home :P) , towels, mirror, bathroom, appliance was good.
The only BUT I have is NO INTERNET. But ALL MELK HOTELS HAVE NOT INTERNET.
Breakfast was good, cereal, juice, bread, austrian cakes and austrian coffee ;).
Definitely I would recommend it.
Unique Quality: Location is great!
Easy to find from the Bahnhof and in internet too.

Sleep below the great monastery
Hotel Stadt Melk is easily to be found, when you drive into the town-centre of Melk. This hotel has a nice restaurant and a small restaurant-garden facing the main square. Some of the rooms will include a balcony facing the square.Melk gets quite a sleepy town, as soon as the daytourists for the monastery are gone, and it is certainly a great place for a vacation !.
Unique Quality: Hotel Stadt Melk is conveniently located on the main-square of Melk with plenty of parking-spaces . On the square the parking is restricted to 90 minutes, but in a distance of about 100 meters you will find also some parking-spaces without any limitations in time.
