15th Century Brewery

This is a lovely old building sitting right on the lake with a large patio restaurant at lakeside. The room had lovely furnishings like an antique amoire, a very small balcony (that is not really Juliet) and a great view of the lake.

Unique Quality: When we were there in 1998 they had a very unusual breakfast arrangement (included in the price of the room). There was a large spread of cereal (great meusli), meats, breads, cheeses, jams, etc. There were also toasters, skillets and kettles so you could make your own toast or cook your eggs to order. We found it pretty neat.
