A daily shows of the Sound of Music film

This hostel is very popular amongst the backpackers. At the time, when we were there, the clienetele was mainly Americans and Brits. They do trip to the locations where the musical the Sound of Music was filmed. In addition, they show the film daily!! I'd go mental if I was working at the hostel.. :-)

They do breakfast which is available at an additional cost. There is also lunch (12pm-1:30pm) and Austrian specialities for dinner). Rooms include singles, doubles, tripples, quads and 6 and 8 bed dorms. Prices start from €17 per person and per night. Bed sheet are included although a €5 for the sheets and the key card is required at the check in.

Facilties: internet point, payphone, international TV-channels, bar with a daily happy hour. Showers, toilets and lockers along the corridor. You need some coins for the showers and the lockers.

Check out at 10 am. No lockout or curfew.
