To Heiligenblut in the sun and warmth.
by dabidc
The road now runs to the south and quickly descends, the first place is Heligenblut, at 1280 m or 4200 ft. Very much on the south facing side of the mountain range.
However it was back to the bus and a return to Zell am See.
LAKE ZELL.
by RobMorgan
Hire a boat (there are many of them around the shore) for about 12 Euros for an hour.
Motor out to the centre of the lake & switch off....lovely & peaceful.
There is also a larger boat that does round the lake trips, but having your own boat is more fun.
You can also walk around the lake (about 11kms).
The lake is frozen in winter & you can actually walk across.

Zell Am See

Went on a ski trip with 100 international students. It was great. Caused 22,000 schillings for the damage to the hotel room cuz of our party, not too worried about it. Did not get much snowboarding done, but a lot of Apreski. Snow was great, euros dont seem to use the powder so we had it all to ourselves. Went riding with Roman, Cira, Marie-Cluade, and Christian. Those dudes are hilarious.
