worst service quality
Positive things first – the food was nice (well, at least nearly all of it). But that’s about it. The service was a catastrophe – by far the most unfriendly one we’ve ever experienced.
Since we have won a voucher (it was outdated – but at the reservation we were assured that that’s not a problem at all), we wanted to have a nice dinner and found ourselves being insulted as rude freeloaders in front of a full restaurant. On top of this we were accused of not having actually won the voucher and wanting to rip the owner off – and all of that at a voice level so that everyone could clearly hear it.
Not what we’d call warm, welcoming and service-oriented…
