Great views of the Wilder Kaiser

We booked ths trip as a last minute deal with the British tour company Thomson who are in association with TUI. It was on a full board basis - breakfast - packed lunch and three course meal with 1/4 litre of wine. Breakfast was buffet style with all sorts of cerials, fresh fruit, toast and fresh fruit juices and tea or coffee. Most nights the hotel had some form of entertainment which we didn't bother much with. All in all for a tour company the standard was very good, the staff very friendly, good quality of food and service always with a smile, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Unique Quality: We had the most splendid views from our shared balcony - shared between three rooms although one was not occupied during our stay = maybe we talk too much so no one else appeared. Long moments spent quietly too just reading and looking at the marvellous vistas. The room was very comfortable with good ensuit facilities, TV and sitting area. There were no tea/coffee making facilities, in fact all extras came with a price tag such as if you wanted daily towel change. We didn't bother with the extras - we had bottled water in the room and the towels were changed mid week = which all goes to save the environment. The best feature of the room was most definately the bed = Austrian type with a double base but two seperate mattresses, individual quilts and lovely soft pillows creating a very restful sleep.
