Haus Gregor: Nice b&b chalet
We stayed here for one night on the Austrian leg of our tour and found it most welcoming with a nice breakfast.
Unique Quality: Good views along the valley and a nice terrace in the summer. Reasonably well situated for a winter stay, quite close to bus routes, I think with a bit of adventure it may be possible to ski back to the hotel but couldn't remember where the runs went when there in the summer.

Chalet Aigner: Airtours chalet
A nice and comfortable chalet board accommodation exclusive to UK tour operator Airtours.
A nice comfortable base but about a kilometre from the town and a bit more from the lifts. However, the ski bus stops right outside and ran until last bus from slopes of 17:00.
