Irritatingly early checkout time
The room was big, and clean (on the third floor, and there wasn't a lift, but I don't suppose you would expect one in a guesthouse), and there was plenty of hot water, and the hotel was just a couple of hundred yards from the town centre (across the Inn bridge), but I was annoyed by the landlady's continual "Check out ten o'clock", "Check out ten o'clock", which struck me as unwelcoming at least, if not downright rude. I thought it was overpriced too - but this was at the height of the skiing season and it may be cheaper in summer.
