Location: Away from the centre in a residential area which means you will not be disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the city. Can be reached easily by bus from outside of the Hauptbahnhof to the end of line at Stadium. From there it is a leisurely 5-min stroll. Area may be dark at night but is safe.
Rooms: The triple room we had was basic and a little small for 3 pesons. There wasn't very much space for luggage. However, it is clean, comfortable and bright with full length windows opening to a balcony. Mattresses are good and firm.
Breakfast: Simple buffet-style breakfast is included in the price.
Service: Hotel appears to be family run. Overall the staff are courteous and helpful.
Caution: My only complaint is the bathroom which is small and cramp. Also there is no shower door so the floor gets wet. The shower curtain provided is of not much help.
Directions: Take the Tram that is marked 'Stadium' to the end of the line which is outside the newly built stadium complex. From there walk straight ahead and take the a left. You will see the hotel building on the right hand side.
