It is in January normally Hahnenkamm is a great event but normal skiing is not possible, long lines of peoples waiting at the lifts

Kapuzinerkirche is just quite a small church at the west-end of the old town of Kitzbühel and it dates back to the year 1698. Take a look inside, it has a simple but beautiful interior with some great paintings and you can enter it freely and without restrictions during the day.
A hiking / Skiing resort
"Kitzbühel is a well located nice Austrian town"
Sitting in the wonderful Austrian nature, Kitzbühel is wellknow to German and Austrian as a luxury / high class resort for both summer and winter.
There are enough wonderlands to be explored for hiking fans and good slops to be conquered by winter visitors.
However for me this was not a fun place as I was here a company training and worked all day long inside the hotel. Hope you will have good time here.
