Small rucksack, we made up lunch from the hotel breakfast buffet for our dinner, paying mountain prices for a ham and cheese roll may make your eyes water. Please wear a helmet, buy one, borrow one or hire one, we all have them and wouldnt ski/board without, having spoken to the german lady in our hotel who fell and hit her head so hard her helmet split ( imagine if she hadnt been wearing one ) Paracetamol, deep heat, Arnica for bruises, ice pack....these are all available but again not cheap so take your own
