The 'Haus Schönblick' is the very simple private pension. Only part of it's rooms are equipped with private toilet and bathroom. Most of guests are using bathrooms on the floor.
The breakfast is included: boiled eggs, bread, sausages, cheese, jam, tea, coffee.
The host (old woman) prepair breakfast and laying the tables by herself, placing eggs under the knitted caps (looking like they were knitted for gnomes) :)
Skies are placed in the special store-room.

There is nothing special in the house (ordinary private house, small, with no more then 10 people at a time) except it's location: very close to the Serfaus lifts station. So, it takes a few minutes to get to the lift. And when going back after skiing it's possible to ski almost to the entrance of the house.
