Travel Tips for Sölden

Skiing

by mabu

In Winter you go to Sölden for a good Party and of course for Skiing and Snowboarding.

There are lots of different runs from the easy blue ones to the difficult and steep black runs. The Pistes are prepared excelent and if there isn't enough natural snow Sölden is equiped with everything needed to create artificial snow.

The Skiing area is divided in these sections: Gigijoch, Gaislachkogl and the Glaciers Rettenbach and Tiefenbach. They are all connected together.

Most Lifts are prety new and fast, so there isn't much waiting times. (See my transportation tips for more). Bring your own with you or rent it in one of the sport shops.
