Glacier in Ötztaler AlpenSwim, Sauna and skinny dip..
Around 20 minutes down the road from Solden is the "Aqua Dome" located in the village of Langenfeld.
After a few days on the piste (of both varieties!) you may well be ready for this place..
The spa area contains a couple of nice (warm) indoor pools as well as large outdoor pools you can swim out to. As well as this there is a sauna area which also has dunking pools but I should add this area seems to be nude only (a shock to us Brits but an everyday occurrence for our continental European friends).
To get here you can use the "Ski Bus" to and from Solden (free) or the standard Austrian "Postbus" connects both resorts.
