I don't think I am very fussy about hotels but this was one of the worst hotel stays I have had. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. They kept forgetting one simple request I made. Sheer indifference! The location was terrible and on the whole they made my stay in Vienna not so happy. Dont know how it is 3 stars. We had also booked a double and they gave us two twin beds joined together. They said that`s all they had. And i booked more than 10 days in advance.
