The day staff all spoke English and were polite dealing with any issues or questions quickly and efficiently. When we arrived we were given a choice of rooms (I asked for one at the front as I like trains lol) both of which were tidy and cleaned daily. Loads of TV channels though very few English speaking ones. Traditional Austrian toilet facilities in case you were wondering lol.
The front of the hotel overlooks the railway and is VERY busy with over 60 trains an hour during mornings and evening rush hours (including metro). But don't worry if you don't like to watch or listen to the trains the trains, there are two sets of double glazed windows which kept the sound down to a minimum.
We really liked this hotel and consider it one of the best *** hotels we have stayed in.
Overlooks the railway, approximately 50m away and its a very busy line with both passenger and freight traffic.
