  • I was travelling with my boyfriend. Our stay there was for three nights. When we arrived they gave us a very, very small room where we were uncomfortable. Appart from this, we are used to have a desk to write a resume of the day. I told them and they changed us the following day to a really nice and big room with a desk. The rooms of the upper floor had air-conditioning, but we had to ask for the remote control everyday because they took it away everyday after doing the room. Our feeling in general was that people were not nice at all. They tried to solve any problem you had and they were not rude, but you always felt as being annoying them when you asked for simple things that you should have without having to ask for them, such as a hairdrier, the remote control of the tv or a shower curtain. By the way, there is not a shower curtain in any of the bathrooms, so imagine the mess when you have a shower. Finally, just to add that breakfast is far far far away from the breakfast served in many other hotels of Austria. In conclusion I have to say that although it was clean, our stay at this hotel was not totally nice. last visit on September, 2005.
