The check-in staff was accomodating. The room was spacious and clean. The rubber ducks by the tub are a nice touch for "the kid in you". The air conditioning system works well. The room was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good and offered a good variety to cater to many cultures... The Concierge is very well briefed on the city and it's surroundings. He took the time to help us out more than once as we were looking for information about restaurants, places to visit and concerts. He is a true asset to this hotel. We enjoyed a very nice cocktail evening as they were offering complimentary appetizers and all drinks were half price. They had a DJ as well as massage therapy available for a small price. A really enjoyable evening!

Location: next to the subway Quality: high standards of customer service as well as the state of the room; very nice art deco inspired decor.
