Helpfulness
clean and cheap
Located near (2-3mins walk) Westbanhof (West Station), this hostel is offer no frills guestrooms in a quiet part of town. There is no lift (in 2004) but the hallways are large and easy to navigate. The front desk looks a bit clumsy but the staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay here again on my next visit to Vienna.
