Very good hotel, by all standards, the personnel is friendly and helpful.
But don't expect to be treated as a VIP there.
As in everything else in this city, if you want extra quality, you should be prepared to pay for it.
Unique Quality: At booking, make sure your breakfast is included in the price - it seems that things like that don't go without saying.
Also, when you make your arrangements for the transfer to the airport, make it clear that you want the shuttle (9 Euros), not the taxi (30 Euros).
By the way, if you are offered an appartment instead of a room, don't go for it - the "longer stay" appartments are generally less comfortable than the rooms, and they have less extras.

google "holiday inn vienna" select which of the several hotels you want and get directions from their website.

Find the address of your particular hotel and use http://www.wienerlinien.at/ search engine.
You can put "Westbahnhof" stop as departure point and street address as arrival point. You will get connection suggestions and even map with route marked for the walk from the stop to the hotel if you want.....
