3 days in Vienna - What to do? Hotel Am Schubertring
My wife and I will be staying 3 days in Vienna end of August. Can someone suggest what to do?
We know that the hotel is well located. But is it a decent one?

The Kunthistoriches Museum is fabulous, as is Karlskirche and Belvedere Palace. We spent 4 days there and at the end we still had a list of htings that we didn't get to see. (You can check out some of my pictures on my Vienna page to whet your appetite).
One tip: Buy an all-day transportation pass (you can usually buy them at the hotel's gift shop) and then you can hop on and off any above ground tram or underground U-Bahn train. The #38 tram takes you out of town to Grinzing and is a nice way to see the city, and rest your feet as well. Another tram, #1 or #2, make a circle around the city along Ringstrasse. You'll love it.
