But the price of a taxi?(between Südtiroler Platz and Hörlgasse).I do not know
is a fixed amount or vary depending on distance?!?
I really don't know, but I guess it depends on the distance.
taxi is by meter and in a few cases you might as well fix a price in advance.
metro goes untill shortly after midnight on a sunday night.
In the nights of Fri-Sat & Sat-Sun metro runs all night, but not in the other nights.
tickets are between 1,80 and 2 euros one way
This card costs €16.90 for 3 days. It gives you unlimited public transportation and discounts in many museums and sites. If you are a student, be aware: the student discount is usually greater than the one you get with this card! Because of this, do the math, and see if it will be worth it before you buy, as its only value will be for the transportation.
Take the time to stroll the city. I did just that and was amazed at how clean the city is. There is a huge shopping area that just seems to spring up out of no where. Lots of shops and beautiful people. My fondest memory of Vienna was the 'chance' free hotel room I came across.
go to the Staatsoper (Vienna's state opera house). Vienna may be one of the most famous music cities in the world. A trip here without seeing an opera is criminal. seeing Mozart's Don Giovanni at the Staatsoper. Opera's are performed around the world - but nothing compares to seeing this Mozart classic in the city widely held as the home of classical music.
Came back from Salzburg, Axel waited for me at the train station !
2 days with Joe, so it would be the start of my day & night with Axel !
Axel brought a friend (the bald guy) & we called up Matthias also.
Had a simple dinner at a restaurant; Couldn't remember what it's called now but it was a swell evening !
The church is situated between Hofburg and Rathaus, to the direction of Ringstarsse. The church was built in XIII century, several times in XIII-XIV it was renovated and since 1444 it has present view.
