I stayed at Hotel Erzherzog Rainer for the second time in 18 months. I arrived late from Timisoara, Romania and decided to go back to a familiar hotel. I like this hotel although it is slightly on the expensive side. Service is very good and attentive and is extremely conveniently located. Although it is not a small hotel, it feels like a small hotel. The three receptionists all now recognize me so they may be extra friendly and helpful. My overall assessment is that if you feel comfortable with the cost, I strongly recommend this hotel. I am very satistfied with my experience.

I stayed in this hotel during a business trip. It's a nice hotel and close to Karlsplatz (which means right in the centre of Vienna). It has nice rooms and the breakfast is marvellous. It also has an own garage, if you want to go there by car.
Alltogether it was a very nice expierience and the personnel was extremely friendly.
