A COMFORTABLE HOTEL
A very comfortable hotel in the in the Wien-Döbling district of Vienna. Nearby there is a spar supermarket, bakery, McDonalds, restaurant and an underground station.
The hotel has 439 rooms. The hotel has a restaurant and a coffee shop.
There is also internet availability.

Not the best choice
At writing this I've been living here for 4 weeks. I live in what they call an "apartment", the kitchen is the size of a cupboard, and the entire room is smaller than either of my last 2 kitchens, which were located in actual apartments. The "apartment room" I have is smaller than any hotel room I've ever stayed in in my entire life, and I've done quite a bit of budget travelling.
This hotel, while clean and pleasant, is very inconvenient. It is way out in the north part of town, there are no bars, there are no restaurants, and there are no attractions anywhere close to it. Unless you consider McDonald's a bar/restaurant/attraction.
The hotel is situated in the middle of a quiet upscale neighborhood. Unless you're coming to Vienna to not do anything but sit in a VERY small hotel room, I would avoid this place like the plague.
Unique Quality: 4 star hotel in the middle of an upscale residential neighborhood. Nothing around it within walking distance.
